Important Policy Notes

The following terms apply to shipments, liabilities and service conditions. For clarity, each clause is separated below.

• Taxes: Any amount paid as G.S.T., Sales Tax or other statutory tax will be collected from the Receiving Party.

• Prohibited Items: Prohibited/contraband articles, jewellery and currency are not allowed and will not be accepted. Should such items be found, management may initiate legal action against the responsible parties.

• Limitation of Liability: Management will not be responsible for any loss that may occur due to delay, breakage, damage, theft, robbery, accident or any other reason beyond our control.

• Legal Coverage: This Agreement does not create any rights beyond those covered under applicable Carriers Acts, Transfer of Goods Act, or any other prevailing statute at the time of dispute.

• No Liability for Loss: For any type of loss, the agency will not be held liable.

• No Claims for Consequential Loss: The agency will not entertain claims pertaining to loss of interest, profitability or any consequential damages under any circumstances.

• Storage & Collection: Management will not be responsible if goods are not collected within 7 days from notice or arrival.

• Delivery Charges: Charges mentioned are for delivery at our office only. For door delivery, please contact your local office for rates and scheduling.

• Jurisdiction: These terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Mumbai only.
