As an Operations Executive at Falcon Cargo, you will oversee day-to-day logistics and cargo movement operations, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery to our clients across the network.

• Coordinate shipment scheduling, routing, and cargo movement activities
• Monitor and track cargo in transit, providing status updates to clients
• Liaise with drivers, warehouse teams, and partner networks
• Handle documentation including way bills, invoices, and delivery receipts
• Resolve operational issues and escalate where required
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards

Handle inbound and outbound client interactions, resolve shipment queries, and ensure a positive experience for every Falcon Cargo customer at every touchpoint.

• Respond to customer calls, emails, and chat inquiries promptly
• Provide accurate tracking and delivery status updates
• Raise and follow up on complaints and service requests
• Coordinate with operations team to resolve customer issues
• Maintain customer interaction records in the CRM system
• Meet daily response time and resolution SLAs

Drive business growth by acquiring new clients and expanding existing accounts for Falcon Cargo's B2B logistics and cargo services across your assigned region.

• Identify and approach potential business clients in the region
• Present Falcon Cargo's service offerings and pricing to prospects
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet monthly targets
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
• Coordinate with operations for smooth onboarding of new accounts
• Submit weekly sales reports and pipeline updates to management

Manage day-to-day accounting operations, GST filings, invoicing, and financial reporting for Falcon Cargo's business units with accuracy and timeliness.

• Handle accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger entries
• Prepare and file GST returns and TDS filings on schedule
• Generate and send client invoices; track payment collections
• Prepare monthly P&L, balance sheet, and MIS reports
• Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits
• Maintain proper records and documentation for compliance

Support warehouse operations by managing cargo receipt, storage, packing, and dispatch activities while maintaining accurate inventory records and a safe working environment.

• Receive incoming cargo and verify against manifest documents
• Sort, label, and store goods in designated warehouse zones
• Assist in packing and dispatch of outbound shipments
• Conduct daily stock counts and report discrepancies
• Operate basic material handling equipment safely
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the warehouse

Lead and manage the complete branch operations of Falcon Cargo at your assigned location, driving revenue growth, operational excellence, team development, and customer satisfaction.

• Oversee all operational, sales, and administrative activities at the branch
• Drive revenue targets and expand the branch's client portfolio
• Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing branch team
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and quality standards
• Develop relationships with key clients and local business partners
• Prepare monthly performance reports and submit to regional management
